Balloon Racer
I built three balloon racers with Anders and the got better as we made them. The hardest part was making the wheels stable and our car always stopped when it hit the wall. I liked this project project because I learned a lot about friction and weight.

Balloon Racer
I built a balloon racer with Anders. We actually built two racers and we are each posting about one. Car #2 is made out of styrofoam. The axels are cut hangers and the wheels are bottoms of Gatorade bottles.
The car went 8.2296 meters in 9.7 seconds and the mass is 100 grams.
Acceleration= 0.087465193 m/s sq
Net Force= 8.7465193 Newtons
Velocity= 0.87465193 m/s

Test 10 Objective 6
1. An acid is a compound or a substance that increases the concentration of hydrogen ions. It is also said to be a proton donor. When an acid is dissolved in water, a solution is formed with a hydrogen ion activity greater than in pure water.

Test 10 Objective 5
1. Mechanical and chemical digestion.
http://wiki.answers.com/Q/What_are_the_two_parts_of_digestion
2. Mechanical digestion is when you chew up food to break it down and chemical digestion is when acids break down the food.
http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Compare_mechanical_digestive_to_chemical_digestion
3. Well mechanical digestion would be a lot harder so the acids in your stomach would have to break down more food.
4. stomach-1, 2 mouth-7, intestine-8
http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Why_are_the_differences_in_the_pH_of_the_mouth_stomach_and_small_intestine_important_for_digestion
5. Your mouth needs to be able to soften food and break it down some. Your stomach needs to be able to be able to break food down enough to make energy. Your small intestine needs to bring waste to the large intestine.
